I live in an apartment community in Florence, Ky that needed their roofs replaced because of a tornado & bad weather that came through this past spring. Empire Contractors came to replace them and have been great to deal with. They have left such a high mark in quality & professionalism I'd recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or that could benefit from any of the other services they offer. They are very helpful in communicating the process of anything you don't understand. Their warmth & authenticity of genuine concern over any problem or potential problem puts you at ease. Their daily clean up has been very impressive in leaving the property as though it had never been touched. The next day job material is always left in nice neat piles out of tenants' way with designated cones, and sometimes caution tape, signifying they're coming right back. As a tenant in an apartment community, any unnecessary construction mess long term can be a big deal. Other subcontractors have left a big mess after a work day without any clear parameters of what's not to be disturbed. It's unnecessary close proximity to any high traffic pedestrian areas can be frustrating & then embarrassing for guests to see. The mess can also present a hazard to small children that don't readily understand that items are not to be touched. Empire Contractors' consistent end day process of clean up & job material preparation for next day work load leave nothing to be concerned about in these issues. Empire Contractors' professional & consistent great attitude has really changed my perspective & attitude of what contractors really have the potential to be. My husband is in the home building construction industry, so this was very refreshing to see a company truly worth recommending to others who just aren't sure who to trust.
